I see gladiator cards in the custom set, but surely they can't be rented out can they?

It can't be rented because it can only be found on the Gladius pack, I select the autofill option, and it randomly generates the sequence which includes all these cards, also, It is just for the tutorial If you add the Gladius cards, then a message will pop up saying then it cannot be rented because you use a gladius card in the set.
