Yeah, you have set yourself a high bar with 5 meetups this year. Of course, if you count small ones, you could make it, since you like to attend or organize these kind of meetings too. But with bigger ones, it might not be so easy.
But all your goals are at least potentially uncomfortable, depending on the market or what others do as well.

No idea, lol. In the early days there used to be some. Now, when @sorin.cristescu comes to Bucharest, sometimes he organizes one. But I'm a slacker when it comes to meetups. Haven't been to any of them. Btw, there are regular meetups for Offchain Luxembourg (@offchain-lux), since you are looking for more to achieve your yearly goal.
