RE: Half a Century...

Still too much work for the birthday boy 😀. Happy Birthday!

It is true that with each birthday we have fewer years left to live. But it is also true that the memories we have made, the happinesses we have experienced, the wonderful moments with our loved one/s we have lived, the wisdom and life experiences we have gained, are priceless too.

I think the "glass half full" is the best way to look at it. It helps us appreciate what we have achieved, all that we have gained during the years.
