Not working and having low liquidity are two very different things.

Magi uses its own liquidity pools meaning Hive and HBD prices will fluctuate as its an open market. So you can search for arbitrage opportunity against other markets.
As liquidity deepens the price fluctuations will be lower.

This is just normal open market dynamic. Why I basically screenshot the exact same trade you screenshot.

For about 1000 Hive you should be generally fine.

Technically it may be working however functionally it does not.
You won't bring more liquidity for a service nobody is really interested in using because spreads are so ridiculous.

It works technically and functionally.

Magi does not have "spreads" as you are familiar with, its an AMM, we have slippage and fees. Slippage is completely liquidity related and fees are fairly low.

These are very basic things I have attempted to explain to you multiple times.
