The in-game menu of Golem Overlord allows you to "bank" golem $PART to increase your carrying capacity. When you put your $PART in the bank it stakes the tokens on Hive.
If you want to unstake some or all of your PART, you can do it from any hive engine interface such as hive keychain or the hive-engine website. Although there are several ways to do this, below is the method that is easiest for me when unstaking tokens.

To see your balance, replace my name (unitmaster) with your own in-game hive account name.
Look for a line item that shows your PART balance.
Clicking the "opened padlock" symbol will start the unstaking process for your PART.
Note on Unstaking Time: the PART token takes 4 weeks to completely unstake, the rate is 25% unstaked per week. For example, if you unstake 100 tokens you will get 25 per week for four weeks.
Golem Parts (PART) are used to upgrade your abilities in Golem Overlord. If you haven't heard of this game yet, PART currently has the second largest 24 hour trading volume on hive-engine.

It's all Greek to me. I'm only focused on Splinterlands. I'm not messing with any of the side games. I don't have the bandwidth and I get way too distracted.
