In a shocking turn of events, self-proclaimed hacker "Paranoia" has issued a series of threatening messages to the Golem Overlord gaming community.

Via the community's Discord server, Paranoia claimed to have the power to launch a devastating Distributed Denial of Service (DDOS) and token-price attack that would bring down the entire Golem Overlord ecosystem!

Paranoia did what every good hacker does and publicly announced his multi-step master plan to take down the GO community. Here are the highlights of his plan and how the community has (so far) narrowly survived his attacks.

Master Plan Outline

2. Accumulate High Priced Tokens and Dump them Cheap (the classic buy high and sell low maneuver)
3. Have Plan to "Destroy all Asses"

Hax Phase 1: Cry for Help

In the first phase of the attack, Paranoia fooled us all by pretending to be a clueless new user in desperate need of help.

Hax Phase 2: Accumulate High Priced Tokens and Dump them Cheap (the classic buy high and sell low maneuver)

With a supremely clever plan, Paranoia has accumulated 3,000 PART tokens, well on his way to his goal of 6,000. Instead of selling them for 2-3 hive, like other foolish mortals, he is wisely waiting until the token drops low to dump them on an unsuspecting market.

The hidden genius here is that by announcing his plan ahead of time, it will surely cause the community to panic sell and enable the rapid deployment of his evil plan.

Hax Phase 3: Have Plan to "Destroy all Asses"

No ass will be spared from destruction by paranoia (except for ZenoCross who begged for mercy).

Hax Phase 4: Steal the IP and Deliver Ultimatum

Although he has no demands, Paranio delivers this ominous threat that is quickly answered by @yixn, @angrychipmunk1, and other community members.

Summary

There is never a dull day in the Golem Overlord Discord! This isn't the first visit from divisive players! Activity on Discord really is an integral part of the game and is almost as much fun as the actual gameplay.
