Setting out achievable goals for the coming year, is a good idea. I am told. Smaller targets to reach along the way to the bigger goal.
The smaller goals should be set just a bit above what you know you can do, This provides the push to try that bit harder for a little bit longer.

Not all of the smaller targets might get hit. Here on Hive, You might set a target to get 1000 HIVE by the end of the year. Setting a goal to 90 HIVE a month might be a good idea for something like that. You may not always hit the target. In doing so. You will exceed your yearly target.

Well, for me. I have no set goals, No daily weekly or monthly targets. I would have no clue what to set them too. No clue whatsoever in any part of it. I have no clue on setting HIVE or HBD ambitions for a year.

I expect with the HP held. 1,500 HIVE is achievable. So my target should be to grow by 2,000. At values now that is about a dollar a day.

Market values cannot be predicted, even the security of the tokens can be held to question. Hive is still being built on a wet foundation. (Same for other tokens). Will any of the existing tokens hold value long term. To think so is an extremely positive outlook. There are so many financial forces out there try to gain control over tokens, with no opposition.

So setting goals in any monetary value is a pointless task. Even though a monetary value is what I seek.

Reliance on the token to generate the value is not part of the equation. There is a good reason for the token though. Maybe more than one.

The more people involved the better for the project. Even if those people only get involved at 1 HIVE each. I want to avoid building something I can call mine! I want to be involved in something that can be considered owned by all. Or the works for the benefits of everyone.

This does not mean that everyone gets a piece of the pie. Air drops to the masses is not what this is about. There can be an altruistic part to society too. A company out there that works in an altruistic manner. The man at the top. That would be the Hive Blockchain. That is what I would like to develop.

In doing this. All of the other things people have said they want for Crypto can happen. They can happen much easier.

I believe a project like this is the missing cog to why things just don't seem to get there.
