You are right, there are children whose parents were strict and flog them as it should be and when needed yet they became problem to the society.. I think this thing is about the heart .. though discipline is good but a child would become anything they want depending on their hearts and not necessarily the training

Hmmmmm a good child with a good heart will turn out good even with no thorough discipline and vice versa.
