A lot has gone wrong indeed because not every child takes instructions without a form of force. And you even get to see parents without shame that comes to the school to challenge teachers for flogging the kids though there are teachers who overdo.
A lot has gone wrong in the system and the government in most cases are not helping matters, I hope things gets better

yea right, some teachers overdo it,but banning the cane isn't the right way, those who ban the use of the cane have never taught, so they don't really understand what teachers are facing.
