I work in corporate too for over a decade but now a full time mom😆.
I am also eyeing that VA but can't yet now , maybe when my son grow more.

Yes it's so hard, at first I have no stable clients and lots of adjustment especially I am also a mom. Little by little things got better and more opportunities come. It's really worth it.
