I remember in the late-70s Kenny Rogers was everywhere. That must have been the peak of his popularity. A lot of women my Mom's age had crushes on him. My Dad spent about five years up in the Pacific NW (Washington and Oregon) after he got out of the Air Force. I've always wanted to see it but have never made my way up there.
