This is such an important message, as good health does not just appear, but must be worked on regularly and with some discipline regarding both diet and physical activity. At my gym they have an InBody machine that measures your body mass index, lean muscle, fat, and a bunch of other metrics. It is fun to have a little competition between my wife and I to see who can improve their overall scores each week. I think having some kind of competition either with others or yourself can really help to keep people on track with their health goals.
