RE: Everyday life along the roads of Tanzania

And I bet their electrics are a spaghetti bowl of crazy - it would fit the rest of the chaos! I love a chaotic country - it truly makes me more comfortable, to be honest - I like being out of my comfort zone when I'm travelling. Hanoi, Marrakesh, Delhi, for example. It makes me feel like I've been there in another life. Jamie, not so much - I find this frustrating. We missed Fez because he was too anxious about the stories he'd been told. As long as you have your street smarts about you, you're fine.

Banana beer though - no thanks, though I'd try it for sure!

I assume you're right about that πŸ˜€
They do combine multiple broken motorcycles into a working one, I've seen that.
Yes, it surely was out of our comfort zone, but I also like to be among the locals when I travel instead of walking in a group of tourists photographing landmarks.

Always try things, then decide whether you like it or not πŸ˜€

Yes, we say 'dont knock it til ya try it'. People can be set in their ways - it's quite often the case we like what we reject!!

I never do tours though - though never say never. I hate being told what to experience, rather than discovering myself.
