I don't think so. Europe has very diversified long-term contracts with countries that aren't involved. Furthermore, since the war in Ukraine, it has been diversifying its primary energy sources and electrifying its industry. Only a few countries might experience minor problems. China won't suffer either, despite what the media might say. Its commitment to renewable energy has been very strong.
