Two tips: Archers can't attack when they get to the first position so it's usually better to put them in the back of your team, and... join a guild! Members can help answer any questions you have to improve your game play, and by sharing and seeing what your team members do you can also learn from each other (sharing strategies that work), I think this extra community thing adds greatly to the overall fun factor of playing.
