Yes, when we don't make mistakes we will all definitely stop learning and learning is part of growth so failure and mistakes are designed for us to learn from and become better versions of ourselves

I totally agree with that. I believe that we learn much faster from our mistakes than if we only did everything right. Mistakes are the best teachers in our lives.
