That's actually very wrong, tips shouldn't be charged but rather something you get to do willingly
Putting it in the charge makes it kinda compulsory which it should not

Unfortunately bars and restaurants do this, not all of them, but it's a practice where they throw this additional amount on at the end of the bill, so it's not nice to do this.
