I know emission without utility hurts the issuance price and adds up inflation burden. But, you know the consequences of it and maybe you had put yourself in the right place to stop CCD emissions, only the time will tell in future.

Yet, you can keep the HP and allow some other delegation rewards equal to CCD allowance per user. Those can be HBD or HIVE.

Anyway, it hurts but you'll have more burden creating revenue for the game, think again and hopefully you'll come to some better solution.
