Congrats! At eight years out the chance of regression is pretty low, so you are doing great. You're definitely lucky is was seminoma, a much less aggressive tumor. Some cancers are a death sentence even with the best of treatments! Enjoy life and every day we have, you never know how long any of us are going to make it!
