This is the problem of all developing countries, the population is asset if used in right way otherwise it's a burden on country.

They don't have enough resources to turn the population into an asset, and it's quite normal. But I think if corruption can be stopped, the development can be boosted.
Resources are not the hurdles, its the corruption which is the main reason.
