It would be anyone who recommended this anime to you after watching Dungeon Meshi. It's been a long time since an anime this well-made, this fun, and as profound as this masterpiece is. The story, the characters, and the way they build this medieval fantasy world filled with dungeons, monsters, and wizards is top-notch. But the most striking thing of all is how they display and prepare dishes of monster food that normally no one in their right mind would think of eating. The mix of bizarre with humor, action and magic is what makes this anime unique, really.

Yeah... I couldn't resist watching it after listening to my student. It has been on my list when it was still ongoing, but I got sidetracked a lot, and it ended up far away. hahah Truly a unique anime with the perfect amount of adventure and food. hahah
