RE: Does government deserve more tax?

Hmm... perhaps it is precisely because of faith and religion that they have historically been exempt from paying taxes—even back in the time of our ancestors, those in the church were essentially exempt from everything and held in high regard; in fact, their status was once even higher than that of the government in power. However, I believe they should now be required to pay taxes so that everyone is on equal footing, especially since almost everyone else is taxed today—virtually every activity is subject to taxation. I don't think it’s a sufficient justification to say that some within the church use their funds to help their members or others; what about those who don't do this, and instead keep the money for themselves?

I also agree that it means equality in paying taxes, but It's just not suitable in my country. In my country, not paying taxes is better. If goverment get the fund, people won't receive any help. So I can't agree with your idea for my country.

Ah, I see. Well, I just hope they aren't made to pay taxes, since the people in your country are decent—unlike in ours.
