RE: Different Forms, Same Damage/Pain : Why All Bullying Deserves Equal Attention

Many of the bullying I know of comes from school, and most of the time it stems from the bad parenting and school's negligence to notice signs of bullying, so I agree that both parents and schools should do better in raising children.
