I remember being in this state a long time ago and the only thing that came to my mind was suicide. Luckily for me I had help and I was able to get through that dark time. People need to open up more about things like this and I believe it is because havens for men don't exist that is why the rate of suicide is higher for men than the other gender

Suicide is the easiest way out for the victims of depression...fortunately you had loved ones who helped out of the state .
Men are indeed lone wolf, no helper yet they need to provide.
