Decision making, almost a dance of life, whether right or wrong or inconvenient to some, never please everyone, not so?
Manager position is not meant to make everyone happy, cost of running certain equipment, you are answerable as to why!

Yes, you are very right on all counts. It isn't an easy job at all sometimes.
Only when people benefit are they happy, used to hate having to sort out unnecessary expenses.
