I used too Bike commute home from my nurse's Night shift. It was a great way to relieve the stresses of my work, enjoy the scenery and slept better. Over the years I wore out 3 bikes. I had to give it up following a serious accident.

Sorry for the accident
It was a little dangerous considering the volume of auto traffic on my route that I cannot avoid.
I fractured my right shoulder when I crashed to the ground off my bike.
