RE: Contentment 2026!

I would say Kathleen Whitehurst is an artist and artist of life, which is 50X more inspirational than your everyday Stuckist. Yet, I think it’s also a contradiction. I feel I’m leaning in the latter direction. I want to leave as “a person without label” but make art along the way. If I call myself “artist” and leave stacks of art around the house, then my pretending leaves a lot of burden to wife and daughters. It’s a horrible, pulling contradiction—to long for anonymity and immortality simultaneously, like 50 dreams of two paths in a single day. One of them will win. After helping my mother move to South Carolina this week (a reason why I am late with a response), I feel I am leaning to the latter legacy. Stay tuned. Unless, of course, I tune out:)
Thanks for the kind words. The way the dollar is crashing, your coin minus the art will trade for some prized food and fuel!
