Oh, I remember the first time I celebrated New Year naman in Lipa. Its been years now and I wan to do it again. Di lang kaya ng budget aguy. Anyways, the pailaw talaga in some city is so lively and pretty din. Glad you enjoy it too even though you encountered some not so good situation while getting the ticket.
