I remember that case @cagolistic that wasn't very long ago.

Individuals that continue to commit online scams may eventually face arrest by an organized Cyber security organization, charged and convicted. The money and reputation may be short lived but there be still be consequences. It takes just one mistake therefore we have to make it clear to our budding scam artists that it won't be worth it.

Exactly. That's the right way to go. Keeping quiet won't resolve the challenges. We have to continue preaching againt it and harping on the dire consequences.
