Something we don't talk about enough is the privilege of having older people around who will shape your perspectives and give you insights about certain systems and adventures. You had this and I must admit that it did make it easier for you to map your expectations correctly.
As expected too, you met some new road blocks which is peculiar to every student. But I'm glad you sailed through. Well done!
