RE: Breaking Free from the Screen Habit

This is Soo true, we have become so engrossed with our phones that it now seems we don't have a life outside of it.

Such a rule will help bonding amongst family members. A lot of us are addicted to our smartphone but we are still refusing to accept that we are.
