Who doesn't want success, and the path to success is not the same for everyone. Stephen Covey discusses some habits in his famous book "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" that help people be effective in their personal and professional lives. The book basically changes our perspective and the way we work, so that we can live a more purposeful and effective life. In this blog, we will give a brief introduction to the 7 habits mentioned by Covey.

The first and most important habit is to be spontaneous rather than reactive. Reactive people are victims of their surroundings and blame others for their failures. On the other hand, spontaneous people take responsibility for their own lives. They can bring positive change through their own decisions, no matter what the situation is. They know that the cause of their happiness or sadness is not an external force, but their own decisions.
Before starting any work, it is important to have a clear idea of its ultimate goal or result. That is, decide in advance where you want to go. Through this, you can define the purpose of your life and organize your tasks accordingly. Creating a personal mission statement for your life is a part of this habit. This habit mainly emphasizes time management. We have many tasks in our lives, but not all tasks are equally important. Based on the importance and urgency of a task, they can be divided into four categories such as important and urgent, important but not urgent, unimportant but urgent and unimportant and not urgent.

This habit emphasizes mutual cooperation. Its main idea is to find a solution in any situation where both parties benefit. This means that you will not only think about your own gain, but also think about the gain of the other party. This is very important for building relationships and long-term success. Sharpen the Saw This practice basically emphasizes taking care of yourself. It is important to "lend" yourself regularly in these four areas - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. This means exercising, learning new things, maintaining good relationships and finding inner peace. Taking care of yourself will make you more effective and healthy.
