I think he is right in saying discipline is not a criterion for success. Some people can be disciplined but are not rich. We just need to create the mind to be successful. I would love to finish this book if I lay my hands on it.

It has the first impact of hearing discipline is not the most important factor, but later they explain that it is important in the beggining while the routine is being constructed.
