This is a very unusual interpretation. I like your much more favorable interpretation of Saturn!
I always hear Saturn described as the god of time, of structure and agriculture - since time and seasons are linked...
Apparently in Gnostic teachings Saturn represents a kind of 'being trapped in false repetitive illusion of control'... this is of course when worshiping a false deity.
When applied correctly, Saturn represents an ally - as long as you control your own time, and don't allow time to control you, or be servant of schedules that dictate your worth...
I will be tracking Saturn's journey through the sky starting next month and until May. Currently Saturn is positioned in a way where the ring appears to be a straight line - not very impressive visually, but fascinating to think about. Especially since Saturn's ring thickness varies between 10-100 Meters.
saturn saves way more people than jupiter or uranus.
it is only stuborness in wrong direction or ego clash that make it a hard aspect.
pluto is more of a deadly fight than saturn, pluto is the bitchslap in slow motion, deep and deadly.
