Don't tell @gooddream there's better ways to air fry a pork chop. It's a secret to preheat the machine for like 5 minutes, then use high temperature but flip it more often to maintain moisture yet a crispy surface. Oftenly I throw in onions and thin slices of garlic. Once air fried, the garlic crisps can be super addictive yo. If we tell him this, he might actually flip the table and win back the raffle 😀
