RE: Are the Crimes that Minors commit to be wiped out once they become adults?

I know I'm a little late to the game, but I wanted to post this comment. Back in 1982, there was this big to-do in the United States of America where I am about whether minors should be given the death penalty for murder after a 16-year-old boy shot and killed a police officer during a traffic stop. Ultimately the Supreme Court of the United States decided that no state jurisdiction had the right to execute minors for any reason anywhere in my nation. Whether it was the right decision on their part, I can't really say. Capital punishment has become a very sensitive issue in my nation insofar as there are certain nations that will not allow American authorities to extradite criminals back to the United States under any circumstances if there remains even one possibility that a wanted criminal will be end up on death row.

The juvenile justice system in my nation is a disaster. They may not be executing minors, but they're locking them up in adult prisons with some of the most hardened criminals. Their lives become horror stories in that event. It's simply reprehensible. By the way, I liked your article, and I gave it a thumbs-up.
