RE: AI Understands Our Language… But Can It Understand Culture?

For me, it's incredibly useful. It creates images for me, and since I don't have design skills, taking a photo would take hours, which is incredibly unproductive. I think its best use is for translation. It's much better than a casual translator; it's not literal and can even give you idioms, verbs, or words used in a particular place with their appropriate intonation, which is very useful for communicating more expressively than a conventional translator.
