Yeah these AI bots really drive me nuts. They are all over the place and going to increase sadly. In a way they can help gather the correct information but they are usually incredibly poorly programmed so it’s more of a hassle than anything.
Hopefully you get the support you need and get past these damn things!

Honestly, after sending them all requested screenshots (75 of those emails) for the second tim, they just replied with if you want to ask for a refund just go to the order and ask for it one by one. You got to be kidding me after all these hours en stupid requests that I followed up?!
It was then when I decided they can go stick it where the sun doesn't shine, I was done. Waste of money, time and effort but I got tired of talking to AI bots that go in circles, man it was frustrating as can be!
