You said you were turning 49 in the post and 59 in the title, but I have gathered that it's 49 and not 59. Either way, happy birthday. I enjoyed this post! Like Azircon said, it's nice to see a good Actifit post. I stopped making those posts myself after every single one was "today, I walked a lot at work and with my dog." It was hard to try to say that differently every day. haha.

Thank you. Yes you are correct I made a mistake in my title, I think it was because I was thinking about being 50 in a year and was going to write on the eve of 49. But my brain combined the two as I was minutes of falling asleep 😀
