I remember first time when I traveled to Dusseldorf, I saw a bunch of this in the toilet in the city center, never saw much needles in Prague however, here we go(

I know Prague very well. I know places where I would certainly find it in even greater quantities.
I'd say I know the city pretty well too, for a foreigner, but I usually not spending time in non wide center districts) I lived in Kyiv at that kinda panelak district for all my life( So here I try to avoid those)
