RE: Grey Skies, Clear Mind

Although the weather is completely opposite on this side of the world, I know I am going to be fighting the back to work slump myself, but with very hot temperatures. IT has certainly occurred to me though, that gratitude is in order as I have spent almost 3 years of unemployment, so having a job to return to is extremely positive.

I love how you take time for yourself, to refresh your mind and re-centre yourself. You are certainly motivating me to embark on my own journey of gentle fitness, but also, the appreciation of the beauty of nature that surrounds us <3
