How to Get ACE

The ACE Presale is on its fourth week, and investors, speculators, or buyers (a total of 103 to date) are slowly accumulating. From 90 cents, the price has now increased to 94 cents, and it will continue to do so (every 72 hours) until it reaches $1.

Since the 20th of January (presale started on the 17th, if I'm not mistaken), I have stacked a few myself (226 as of this writing). I initially planned to accumulate at least 500 ACE and reach the RAISE Tier, but it seemed I couldn't do that yet.

Anyway, unlike many years ago, when participating in a presale felt a little daunting, things have changed now. It is very easy, especially with ACE. If you have been around here for a while, you know it already. So, let me just share them for the uninitiated.

There are two simple ways to participate in the ACE Presale, re:

➡️ Buying ACE via TribalDex

Go to TribalDex (https://tribaldex.com/trade/ACE) and purchase from there. You will get your ACE instantly if you set your buy at the current ASK price (11.65 HIVE per ACE). If you set your own BID price, you will have to wait until someone fills it.

This method requires Swap.HIVE and there are a few ways to convert your HIVE into Layer 2 (swap through Keychain; via the USwap App; or by depositing HIVE via TribalDex and receiving Swap.HIVE in return, minus 0.75% fee). I often use the Keychain App for my swaps.

➡️ Sending HIVE or HBD to LeoStrategy

Manually send HIVE or HBD to @leostrategy (best with a Memo, i.e, ACE Presale or whatever you wish, as long as it indicates your intention to buy ACE). That's it, and you will just wait for them to send you your purchased ACE. This may take more than 48 hours, based on my experience (I used this method three times).

I (and other buyers) prefer this method, as we save on swap fees (we don't need to convert HIVE or HBD to L2). Even if we get our ACE at a later time, it's still okay with me because we have locked in the buy price when we sent the payment.

If I may add, there is a third method. I tested just a little while ago. Direct swap via Keychain. I swapped a Layer 2 asset for ACE.

The swap was a breeze, and the ACE was sent to my wallet after a few seconds. NOTE: The minimum swap should be at least 1 HIVE worth. I am unsure, though, if the ACE acquired through this method would be recognized and included in the ACE Tiers, since this was not officially recommended by LeoStrategy.
