I bet that water was cold Super Eli!
As for the bird nests ... well you got me researching ...
They are Montezuma oropendola (Psarocolius montezuma), a bird species found in Central America.
The nests are large, hanging, basket-like structures, often built in colonies in tall trees, and are woven from leaves and can be oval-shaped.
Montezuma oropendolas often build their nests near water or hanging over it, likely for protection from predators.
These birds are omnivorous, foraging for insects, small vertebrates, nectar, and fruits.
There we go, thank you Gemini!
How noisy was it, I love the sound of running water. I am glad you had such a great time Super Eli 💙
Hola, Super Ed!
You never disappoint querido, thanks for that wee research 💙💙
The sound of the waterfall was incredible ,too bad I can't post pics on live mode here for you to hear. I too love the sound of falling water, it is so relaxing to me.
And yes, I guess the water was quite cold since that waterfall must have originated in the Andean mountains.
Have a wonderful day! 😘
Maybe a wee video Super Eli!
The research was fun, but all it comprised was a doing a goggle lens on the pic and then asking gemini about the birds!
Have fun and enjoy your Thursday 💙
