Wow, what a spectacular landmark @coquicoin! If not for the protruding flights of stairs on the building's exterior, it would have looked like any other ordinary box-type edifice where staircases are integrated inside. Those concrete steps, landings, and balustrades are artistic - making all the difference. ☺️

It's true, those exterior stairs give it a style that stands out and it's amazing to go up them seeing the city in movement.
