I've worked as Nursing staff for a little more than 25 years, I think my facility is still understafffed all this time, we can't get enough staff often losing new staff to other facilities that could offer better hours and benefits. It's so financially tempting to say yes every time I'm ask to work extra shifts and holidays. Patients don't go home to their families for the holidays.
I paid the price in my valuable family time and my health.

Oh! That's actually alot. I know those who work in the medical field do sacrifice alot of their time to their jobs. So yea I understand this.
