Wow, I'd completely forgotten about this movie! It's true it was underrated. It might have some cliché elements, but it's genuinely a great combination of humor and themes that offer lessons. If I recall correctly, he ends up without words at the end, and the last leaf falls, but despite that, he still manages to convey what he feels. Eddie Murphy is incredible in it, no doubt!
