Wow Bozz, that's a lot of (delicious) food. Here in Holland we normally make a dish consisting of two starters, two main courses and two desserts. But looking at all these delicious food I think I am going to introduce a 'Bozz Family Christmas Dinner" next year. Also, love the differences in receipies comparing to the dutchies :)

We just found it's easier for people to come and go and sample here and there as the other festivities are happening. Versus everyone sitting down to a large meal. With the kids wanting to open presents and things like that, it allows the adults to eat when they can and the kids to have their fun.
That would be my preference too, it also gives you the opportunity to taste several dishes :)
