RE: A Quiet Celebration of Grief: Remembering My Mother on Her 2nd Death Anniversary

(edited)

I'm sorry for your loss. It really is painful when our loved ones, especially a parent passes away. But indeed time heals all wounds, the pain will soon be gone and what will remain are the lovely memories you had with her. ♥️

Perhaps you can have a mass offered for her every month to ease the pain. What your mom needs now are prayers, any food brought to her remains would never get to her at all but will go to other entities. 😅 That's an old pagan custom we still cling to that we need to get rid of as such actions are an opening for bad spirits (according to exorcist priests).

Praying the rosary daily for her and yourself would definitely help a lot more as it gives us peace and offers protection from evil too. God bless you and your family. 🙏

Indeed, the pain never fades, and as the days passes by so quickly, the deeper the pain is.
And yes ,we do offer prayers for her every month, the exact date when she passed away.
Thank you for dropping by, and God bless you even more. 😍

One of my parents also passed away years ago. Indeed it takes time before all the pain is gone. But don't worry, God is here for us every step of the way. Matthew 11:28-30 😉
