RE: A Patient With Right Collarbone Fracture! | Random Chamber Talk | April 15, 2025

Bone like that... Yeah, it's need to get surgery. Well, sometimes when someone is getting “send to a higher center or hospital”, they will be upset and worried because of the cost and the surgery that people want to avoid at all costs. It’s good if you can convince them. As for me, I would look for traditional ways to find short-term solutions and do monthly treatments. I also have had bad experiences with surgery before 😂.

My paternal grandmother also made me more afraid of the surgery because her condition was worse than before the surgery. She was fine, a week? However, after a week, she hardly moved her legs and couldn't even walk with a person to help her. She could move a little bit with slow steps without anyone's help before surgery.

I think that when it comes to life and death, surgery is necessary. But for some reason, the doctors I consult in big hospitals always recommend surgery over other measures, as if they are desperate for money and won't let us ask for other solutions no matter what. Clinics or something that doesn't have a place good for surgery sometimes are more reliable to ask somehow 😂. Information is important. I think that's what they are afraid of when you try to send them. A bad doctor exists and they are more in the big hospitals instead of the small ones 😢.

I hope he got a good surgery 🙏. Good work, doc!

Sorry to hear about your bad experience regarding surgery and your view towards the doctors in the big hospitals! Yes, any surgery comes with some risks. I am sure no surgeon does the harm willingly, except for he is the Shaitan.

For this patient, he is already in bad shape. Despite the risk of surgical complications, he needs surgery. If he opts for a traditional treatment, it would be a big mistake!

He is a worker. The fracture is on his dominant side. Without a timely fix, he may suffer from permanent disability.

Thanks for your input, Wilson. I appreciate it.
