I understand your concern about the surrogate mum wanting to go back for her baby, the recent ways hospital do it, is that the family won't know who is going to carry the baby for them and it will be clearly stated in the document before both parties sign up. So I don't see how possible for the surrogate mum to try and claim the baby when she doesn't even know the child's parents.
